Reading 8 new notices…

Finding tenders is easy. Knowing which to bid for isn’t.

Public tender portals will happily send you dozens of notices a week. Most aren’t a fit, some appear three times on different portals, and the good ones hide their real requirements in a 60-page pack.

A serious bid can take 30 to 60 hours. Bidworthy365 does the reading first, so you only spend that time on contracts you have a real chance of winning.

What you get for each opportunity

Not just a link to a notice. A short analysis written for your business, with a clear recommendation.

How it works

You set up your profile once. After that it runs every day without you lifting a finger.

  1. Tell us about your business

What you do, where you work, the size of contracts you take on and the projects you’ve delivered.

  2. We search every morning

Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, council portals and other public-sector sources, with duplicates merged into one.

  3. We read and judge each one

Every notice is scored against your experience, and anything that isn’t a fit is screened out with a reason.

  4. You decide where to bid

A short email lands in your inbox with the opportunities worth your time and a full analysis behind each.

Questions

Which sources do you search?

Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and a growing list of council, NHS, housing and university procurement portals. When the same opportunity appears in several places, we merge it into one entry.

How is the score worked out?

Each opportunity is compared with your profile: the work you’ve done, the contract sizes you handle, where you operate and any mandatory requirements in the notice. You see the reasons behind every score, including anything that might rule you out.

Does a high score mean I’m eligible to bid?

No. The score tells you an opportunity looks worth investigating. Eligibility always depends on the buyer’s own documents, so the analysis flags requirements you should confirm before committing time.

Do you write the bid for me?

Not during the beta. We tell you what the application involves and where you might need help. Bid-writing support is something we’re exploring with beta members.

What does it cost after the beta?

We’ll confirm pricing before the beta ends. Beta members will be offered a founding-member rate, and there’s no obligation to continue.
